Overload relay is a device used for motor protection, which protects the motor from overload and overheating. This device can detect the current of the motor and trigger when the motor load is too large, thus quickly cutting off the power to avoid damage to the motor. At the same time, it can also monitor the motor temperature to prevent the motor from overheating.

Using overload relay can protect the safe operation of the motor and avoid equipment damage and shutdown, thereby improving the production efficiency and economic benefits of the equipment. It can also extend the life of the motor and reduce equipment maintenance costs.

Overload relay also has the advantages of easy installation and maintenance, high reliability, and wide application range. It is widely used in motor protection in various industries such as petroleum, chemical industry, papermaking, food, medicine and so on.

In short, Overload relay is a very important motor protection device. It can protect the motor from overload and overheating. It has the advantages of high reliability, wide application range, easy installation and maintenance, etc., and is very important for improving production efficiency and economic benefits. of great significance.
