Soft starter is an intelligent electrical device whose main function is to provide safe and reliable start-up control guarantee for industrial electrical equipment. It can reduce the inrush current when industrial equipment starts, improve the operating efficiency of the equipment, extend the life of the equipment, and reduce maintenance costs.

Compared with the traditional star-delta starter, the soft starter does not need to take up too much space, but can better control the starting situation of the motor, so that the motor does not need to withstand excessive starting current, thus ensuring the stable operation of the motor.

The soft starter can also achieve a smooth stop of the motor, reduce vibration during operation, and improve the stability and accuracy of the equipment. Its design is becoming more and more streamlined, and installation and debugging are simple; it is also becoming more and more convenient in maintenance. Maintenance personnel can quickly locate and repair faults, shorten downtime, and improve equipment operation efficiency.

Generally speaking, the promotion and application of soft starters will be beneficial to improving the safety, reliability and energy saving of industrial equipment, and promoting the upgrading and development of industrial technology. Therefore, we should actively support and promote its application.
