A 3-way valve, also known as a 3-port valve or T-valve, is a type of valve that has three ports or openings that allow fluid flow to be directed or mixed in various ways. Let me do it. They are often used in various applications where it is necessary to control the direction or composition of the flow.

A typical 3-way valve consists of a valve body containing internal components. and valve banks that control fluid flow. There are three ports on the valve body, labeled port"A","B"and"C". Trimming valves can come in a variety of shapes, such as ball, plug, or disc, depending on the design and specific purpose.

The operation of a 3-way valve depends on the configuration of the ports and the position of the valve trim. There are three basic configurations for a 3-way valve:

Mixing or diverting flow: In this configuration, the fluid flow can be directed from the “A” port to either the “B” or “C” port, or it can be diverted from the “B” or “C” port to the “A” port. The actual flow path depends on the position of the valve trim.

Two-way mixing: This configuration allows the fluid flow from both the “A” and “B” ports to be combined and directed to the “C” port. The flow from the “C” port to either the “A” or “B” port is typically blocked.

Two-way diverting: In this configuration, the fluid flow from the “C” port can be directed to either the “A” or “B” port. The flow from the “A” and “B” ports to the “C” port is typically blocked.
