On the shore of Phoenix Lake in Tongxiang City, Zhejiang Province, new landmarks have risen from the ground, like the pulse of Tongxiang's urban development, vibrating and powerful. Standing on Phoenix Lake and looking north, two unique office buildings in the ABP stand majestically, highlighting the modern and fashionable atmosphere. These two modern high-rise buildings are the "Xinao (Zhejiang Xinao Industrial Co., Ltd.) and Xinfengming (Xinfengming Group Co., Ltd.) Headquarters Building Project", Tongxiang "Gemini" landmark buildings.

Xinao headquarters building, with a total investment of about 420 million yuan, covers an area of 15.1 acres, with a total construction area of 62,300 square meters, 30 floors on the ground, and a 160-meter "hexagonal prism" tower on the ground; Xinfengming Headquarters Building: With a total investment of 518 million yuan, the project covers an area of 12.3 acres, with a total construction area of 58,000 square meters, 30 floors on the ground, and a total height of 160 meters on the ground. The "Gemini" integrates modernization, intelligence and humanization, and forms a landmark modern high-rise building complex on behalf of Chinese textile enterprises.

In this project, ABB found that the client's needs were mainly in two aspects: first, these two buildings are the headquarters office buildings of Xinao and Xinfengming, respectively, and are landmark buildings in Tongxiang City, once there is an unplanned power outage, it will cause huge losses and social impacts, so ensuring the continuity of power supply is the top priority; Second, users expect to build the headquarters building into a smart and green benchmark project, so they require smart health management of electrical equipment, and improve energy efficiency, energy saving and consumption reduction.

In response to user needs and combined with ABB's technical advantages, ABB proposed a complete set of digital power distribution solutions covering hardware and software. In the end, Xinao and Xinfengming users adopted iVD4 intelligent circuit breakers and transformers; Based on the needs of asset health management and energy efficiency management, users in Xinao have also adopted the ABB Ability ZEE600 smart energy management system, which is connected to about 250 devices (including protection, metering, etc.):

• iVD4 intelligent circuit breaker: It realizes online monitoring of the operating temperature and mechanism status of the circuit breaker, helps users grasp the operation status of the equipment at any time, discovers hidden dangers of the equipment in advance, avoids unplanned power outages, and ensures the safety and reliability of electricity consumption throughout the life cycle.

• Transformer: Using high-quality raw materials and the latest manufacturing process to ensure product quality and accuracy of electrical parameter measurement.

• ZEE600 Smart Energy Management System: Integrated power monitoring, energy management, and asset health management functions.
