In this award-winning case, SUPCON Technology innovatively applied the SUPCON robot system for an internationally renowned oil company, which adopts "OGI+TDLAS+AI vision" multi-dimensional fusion positioning and automatic detection technology, which has the ability to efficiently identify gas leakage faults, and can accurately locate and quantitatively analyze the leakage points. The system can quickly identify hidden dangers such as abnormal temperature of equipment, running and dripping of gases and liquids, and quickly and accurately locate them, monitor the operation status of equipment in an all-round way, and have the functions of on-site hazard emergency alarm and predictive maintenance of equipment, which effectively reduces the labor intensity of inspection personnel, reduces potential safety hazards in the inspection process, improves the quality of inspection, and provides a strong guarantee for production and operation safety. It can be widely used in high-risk industries such as oil and gas, chemical industry, etc.
