ELCO FX20 distributed I/O released two functional modules
The FX20 series of distributed I/O has added two new members: a four-channel IO-Link master module and a single-channel pulse output module. Both functional modules are based on different application scenarios for the IP20 scalable I/O market, bringing more I/O solutions for different industry applications.
Four-channel IO-Link master module:
The FX20 four-channel IO-Link master module adopts the IO-Link V1.1.2 standard design, 4×8Byte version, each channel supports Class A or Class B connection mode, compatible with COM1, COM2 and COM3 communication rates, and can easily connect various types of IO-Link devices, such as photoelectric ranging, IO-Link valve terminal, RFID, etc.; With the abundant IP67 and IP20 IO-Link slave hub modules, it can be flexibly combined to form an in-cabinet + out-of-cabinet I/O solution, further reducing the user's comprehensive solution cost.
Single-channel pulse output module:
FX20 series pulse output module supports 1 channel A and B phase pulse output channel, the maximum output frequency is 200kHz, the output mode supports single pulse (pulse + direction) and double pulse (CW/CCW), the module is equipped with four digital input channels of origin, brake, upper limit and lower limit, which is convenient for logic control of pulse signals. The pulse output module can accurately control the motion execution components such as stepper motors and servo motors, and cooperate with the high-speed counting module to form the FX20 distributed closed-loop control solution.
ELCO FX20 has successively launched high-speed counting, pulse output, serial communication, IO-Link master station and other functional modules, further enriching the module types of FX20 distributed I/O system, expanding FX20 industry application scenarios, meeting the needs of motion control, instrument data acquisition, intelligent sensor interconnection and other application fields, and providing diversified distributed I/O solutions for 3C, semiconductor, new energy, medical equipment, chemical and other industries.
